What is the serving per size?
8oz jar- 8 servings of two tablespoons a day. 20 calories per serving x 8 = 160 calories for the entire jar.
16oz has 16 servings of two tablespoons a day and 320 calories for the whole jar.
32oz has 32 servings of two tablespoons a day and 640 calories for the whole jar.
How should the sea moss be stored?
The gels should be refrigerated upon arrival. Sea Moss will gel overnight in the refrigerator and is good for 4 weeks in the refrigerator or up to a 4 months in the freezer. Please note that our glasses are freezer safe too.
